Monticello’s third annual community Frostbite Challenge celebration will be held January 7-13, 2013. This celebration includes something for the entire family. NEW “community” local fishing contest on Pelican Lake, Family Fishing Seminar, Kid’s Olympics, Pond Hockey Tournament, U.S. Smoosh Racing Championships, Ice Bar Sculpture, Vintage Snowmobile Show & Run, Snow Golfing, Medallion Hunt and more.
